3.1 Collection and use of credit information: As set out in the NUBU Terms and Conditions of Sale available here: www.nubupharma.com/termsoftrade/termsoftrade.pdf if you provide a guarantee, we may collect credit information or credit eligibility information about you.
The credit information and credit eligibility information we may collect about you includes: identification information; credit liability information; repayment history information; details of any request for your information that we receive from a credit provider, mortgage insurer or trade insurer; the type and the amount of credit sought; default information; payment information; court proceedings information; personal insolvency information; information about any serious credit infringement by you; information disclosed in reports obtained from credit reporting bodies; information from property searches; information provided by trade references.
We generally collect your credit information or credit eligibility information directly from you. For example, if you complete a Credit Account Application Form or if you give a personal guarantee.
We may also collect credit information or credit eligibility information about you from third parties. For example, from your employer, any other organisation with whom you have any dealings, credit reporting bodies, or from publicly maintained records.
The purpose for which we may collect, hold, use and disclose credit information or credit eligibility information about you, is so we can assess whether to extend credit to you.
If we use the services of a credit reporter or debt collection agency, we may exchange credit information about you with those agencies on an on-going basis (including information about your default and repayment history). 4.3 How we may communicate with you: By registering for the NUBU Healthcare Professional portal (hcp.nubupharma.com), you agree to receive email updates relating to new products and services offered by MW Pharma Limited. By registering to receive a downloadable information paper, you agree to receive email updates relating to news and information from MW Pharma Limited.

5. Disclosure of personal information
5.1 How we may share your information: We may share your personal information for the purposes set out above with the following parties:
a) our related companies and organisations, partners, contractors and service providers (including IT services providers), to assist us with the operation of our business;
b) authorities, regulators and professional advisers (including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers);
c) third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets; and
d) any other party authorised by you or to whom we are required or authorised to disclose personal information in accordance with applicable law.
5.2 Transfer of personal information outside of New Zealand: Where we transfer personal information outside New Zealand, we will ensure that we comply with the Privacy Act.

6. Security and storage
6.1 Storage: Personal Information that we collect is either held by us at our head office (refer to the Contact us section below) or on our behalf. For example, some information we hold will be stored in “the cloud” in secure databases on our behalf by third parties based overseas. The use of these services, and the transfer of information overseas (if applicable) will not relieve us of our obligations under the Privacy Act and this Privacy Policy.
6.2 Security: We take reasonable technical and organisational security measures to prevent loss or unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure of personal information you provide to us or authorise us to collect. We also require any contractors or service providers who require access to your information required to implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your information.
6.3 Inherent risks: Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will apply our normal procedures and comply with legal requirements to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to or from the website and any transmission is at your own risk.
