Co-founder & CEO
Mark’s background is media—radio, television and print. Until the end of 2017, he co-hosted the afternoon show on Newstalk ZB, New Zealand’s Number 1 radio station. He is also a television presenter for New Zealand’s largest TV network – TVNZ, and often writes for some of New Zealand’s largest publications. Mark also has vast experience in business, having run a successful import and distribution company in New Zealand since 2011, among others.
Co-founder & COO
For the past 16 years, Will has been working in advertising and marketing. Working with local and global brands across most industries, he has helped these businesses create their marketing strategies and managed their advertising investment, ensuring effective communications that ultimately drive their business objectives.
Scott was most recently CEO and founder of Plexure (NZX:PLX), a mobile engagement technology company used by more than 85 million customers in more than 30 countries around the world for clients like McDonalds, IKEA and 7-Eleven. Plexure has won numerous global awards, including the 2nd Fastest Growing Company in the 2016 Deloitte Fast 50. Scott was also co-founder of Utilyx, a UK- based energy and carbon trading company that was sold in 2012 to Mitie. Prior to this, Scott worked in a number of strategic consulting roles in markets such as the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and Japan, servicing a range of clients including Toyota, GM, IBM, Citibank and McDonalds. Scott holds a M.Comm (Hons) from the University of Auckland.
Head of Product Innovation
From her years of experience as Global Brand Manager for New Zealand-based FMCG brand, Ecostore, Amanda has extensive understanding, as well as a strong passion, for the development of New Zealand brands both locally and on a global scale. Her background is in marketing and design but Amanda’s previous roles have focused on Category Management, New Product Development & Launch as well as Research and Development. She has worked in all facets of product development;
manufacturing, trade and the development of products and ranges for specific markets and channels.
